I am asking you to endorse his nomination and possible candidacy because of the following reasons: As a LIFE member of the NRA with my personal interests lying in target shooting and hunting, as well as business interests that revolve around shooting and weapons availability. I have known and worked with John on a number of important 2nd Amendment issues in the states of California and New York. He is a true and fearless defender of our 2nd Amendment Rights as there could be He has worked tirelessly for the past 6 years with the Fifty-Caliber Institute (FCI) to guarantee the future availability of that weapon as well as all weapons for our use. I believe in his integrity and that he is qualified to do the job, because he is a very hard and dedicated worker who will work and support the goals of NRA in all shooting disciplines not just 50 caliber. I know that John's new home state of Oklahoma has a new champion of gun rights freedoms in John Burt and he will work as hard for Oklahoma and NRA as I have at FCI.
